The platform may include features such as:

• AI-generated code and content.
• Project hosting and deployment integrations.
• Collaboration and sharing tools.

Services are intended for users who can enter legally binding agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration and billing information.
• Maintain account security and confidentiality.
• Promptly report unauthorized access.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

You are solely responsible for:

• All activities under your account.
• Reviewing and validating generated code before use.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Appinvento uses AI to generate code and content based on user input.

• Generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or insecure code.
• Outputs are assistance only and not guaranteed production-ready.
• You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated content.

Appinvento is not liable for:

• Bugs, vulnerabilities, or failures in generated code.
• Any damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated output.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the platform for illegal or harmful activities.
• Generate or distribute malicious code.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform.
• Abuse system resources or bypass usage limits.

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

• Appinvento retains ownership of its platform, software, and branding.
• You retain ownership of your inputs and generated projects.

You grant Appinvento a limited license to:

• Process your data to provide the service.
• Store and display projects as per your visibility settings.

7. Project Visibility and Sharing

Appinvento allows users to control project visibility:

• Private projects are accessible only to authorized users.
• Public projects may be visible to others and used as templates.

You are responsible for:

• Managing visibility settings.
• Ensuring no sensitive data is exposed in public projects.

8. Deployment and Third-Party Services

Projects may be deployed using third-party services such as Vercel.

Appinvento is not responsible for:

• Availability, uptime, or security of third-party services.
• Issues arising from external deployments.

Use of such services is subject to their respective terms.

9. Subscription, Credits, and Billing

• Paid plans provide usage credits and feature access.
• Credits may reset periodically based on your subscription plan.
• Unused credits may not roll over unless stated.

Downgrades:

• Immediate downgrade may restrict access to features.
• Existing projects/collaborators beyond plan limits may be restricted.

Payments:

• Payments are processed via third-party providers (for example, Lemon Squeezy).
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Appinvento is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

11. Third-Party Links

Our platform may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Misuse the platform.
• Create risk or legal exposure.

You may stop using the service at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction: courts in Gurugram, Haryana, unless local consumer law applies.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
